If you have concerns about a young person that you are working with, then you can contact the Integrated Information, Advice and Assistance (IIAA) service to have a discussion and get help.
A qualified social worker will listen to you and let you know what information, advice or assistance can be provided and who can help from social services, health, youth offending service, education, police, early intervention and prevention services and the third sector. How much we can talk to you about a specific child will depend on the reason for your call and the circumstances.

Our Common Access Point team has Access and Information Assistants, who will talk to you about your situation and provide you with information, advice and signposting. The Access and Information Assistants can also put you in touch with community based services, such as local groups or charities. Often this may be all the help you need.
If we can’t help with information, advice or signposting then the Access and Information Assistants may discuss your circumstances with our Multi-Disciplinary Team.
