Support and Empowerment for Neurodiversity – NPT Mind

Our drop-in group for 11- 17 year olds is a relaxed, safe space for young people to be themselves. The group provides a chance to socialise, connect and hang out with no pressure. Enjoy games, crafts and fun activities. Come as you are, everyone’s welcome!

Families First Youth Service – NPT
The Youth Service provides:
- one-to-one support for young people aged 11 – 25 years
- support specifically to young carers aged 8 – 25
- school holiday group activities
- primary and secondary school transition support
- targeted groups which include an LGBT group and a speech and language support group.
Referrals are made through the Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
