GoodVibes is an inclusive LGBTQ+ youth group at the YMCA, that supports young people between the ages of 11-25.

It provides a safe space that reduces feelings of loneliness and isolation. Young people can build peer friendships within a community so that they belong, contribute, and thrive.

EYST Youth Drop-in

EYST has a team of dedicated staff who deliver a programme of weekly youth drop-ins for black and minority ethnic children and young people. At these sessions, children and young people aged 10 – 16 can access:

  •       1:1 mentoring
  •       Trip provisions
  •       Homework support

Wednesdays: Mixed sessions

Thursdays: Girls only

Talking Hands Family and Youth Group

Fridays 6-8:30pm at Swansea Deaf Centre, 57a Neath Rd, Swansea SA1 2HW

Talking Hands Deaf Children, Young People and Family Service run a weekly group on Fridays for anyone with hearing difficulties. The group is open to children and young people of any age, but children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by their parents or carers. Parents and carers are also welcome to stay.

Fun sessions featuring arts, crafts, sports and games, including tennis, basketball, archery and more, are on offer.

Local People Project Youth Club

Tuesdays at The Phoenix Centre, Powys Avenue Townhill, Swansea

Platfform’s Drop in Youth Club

A safe space for anyone aged 13-16 who needs some support with their mental health or wants to improve their wellbeing.

Come and join us in a welcoming, laid-back place to dive into fun activities like gaming, crafting and art-making, or simply come hang out and have a chat.

Manselton Youth Club

Fridays 5:00 -7:00pm at Manselton and Cwmbwrla Community Centre, Elgin Street, Manselton.

Manselton Youth Club offer a range of fun activities for young people aged 10 – 16 years, including table tennis, pool, crafting, hair & beauty skills and many more. Delicious home cooked food is also available.

£1 entry for those who can afford it, but no young person will ever be turned away if they can’t pay.

Hillrise Hive Youth Club

Hillrise Hive is a free weekly drop-in youth club for 8-14 year olds, run in collaboration with Craigfelen Primary School. At its heart, Hillrise Hive is a family. In addition to providing activities, it also aims to provide a safe space and support for children and young people facing hardships.

Attendees can expect food (when available) and activities such as pool, table top hockey, arts and crafts, weekly meals, foosball and gaming consoles.

Swansea Community Farm’s Farm Clwb

Saturdays 10:00am – 3:30pm at Swansea Community Farm, 2 Pontarddulais Road, Swansea

Farm Clwb is for young people aged 10 – 16 with wellbeing needs, including mental health struggles, disabilities, or difficulties at school or home. Participants can volunteer with feeding animals, cleaning, and animal health checks, or join the grounds group for gardening, conservation, cooking, bushcraft, and building activities.

The programme helps young people build confidence, develop skills, and improve relationships in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Evolve is Swansea Council’s Youth Service, here to support and empower young people aged 11-17. We run fun, open-access youth clubs across Swansea where you can hang out, meet new people, and take part in cool activities.
