Neath Port Talbot MIND’s Active Monitoring is a six week self-help programme with individual support from a practitioner and a trusted adult.
Active Monitoring is for children and young people aged 11+, where we look at some of the things which you are struggling with right now, and what we can do to make things feel better.
Active Monitoring sessions can take place in your school, if part of the school programme or through Neath Port Talbot Mind. Sessions at NPT Mind can be arranged to take place online or in person at the London Road Hub.

4YP (for young people) Swansea Bay works with 13-16 year olds in Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot.
The project offers one-to-one support, peer support groups and the State of Mind Programme.
You don’t need a diagnosis to access the project – we work with anyone who is struggling. We don’t try to ‘fix’ people. We listen and work with participants to find new ways and strategies that help to promote wellbeing.
